Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Policy for Returns and Exchanges

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

Eligibility

• Condition for Return/Exchange: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging.

Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Begin the process by contacting us at sales@dnddice.com with your order details.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items for return or exchange.
3. Include a Note: Inside the package, include a note with your full name, order number, and clear instructions whether you seek a return or an exchange. For exchanges, specify the item(s) you wish to receive.
4. Return Address: Ship the package to DND DICE, 7121 N Austin Ave., Niles, IL 60714.

Shipping Costs

• General Policy: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where DND DICE deems it appropriate to assume these costs (e.g., defective items or company errors). This determination is made solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

• Upon Receipt: We will process your return or exchange promptly after receiving the items and inform you of the next steps.

Damages and Issues

• Include Pictures: If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Products: Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Inspection and Refund: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll refund you via your original payment method.
• Bank Processing: Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  This process typically takes anywhere from 1-3 business days, but can be longer in certain circumstances.
